We love sharing our favourite things on Fun Friday. This week we got to see lots of interesting treasures. We are learning to use a clear voice when we tell our buddies about our special things and we try to tell lots of interesting details. We have to use super listening skills when we are listening to our buddies and we can think of questions to ask them.

Junior Assembly
This week at Junior Assembly these wonderful learners were awarded certificates. They have been doing some great story writing and learning lots of new words. Harold the friendship trophy is awarded for being a great friend, and following red part of the rainbow by using kind words and actions.

Super Sloths
This week is Fynn's first week of school. His favourite animal is a sloth. We didn't know much about sloths so we headed to you tube to find out some interesting facts.Look at these clips and see if you can find out an interesting fact.

We have been making great choices at reading time. Today, at Daily 5 reading time, Molly and Annelise finished this whole puzzle by matching pictures with the first letter of the word. Annelise took a photo to share their great learning choices. Tino pai girls.
Nice nests
This week some of our Room F learners are learning about the letter n. Lots of words start with the letter n like... Nose, nest, nail, needle, neck and nice. Look at the nests they made, they look neat.

Maui's Dolphin
Our canvas has been sold! All of the money raised in the silent auction is being donated to the WWF to help protect this endangered species of dolphin. We are really happy that our canvas will be going to Kate's house. She said she might put it in her bedroom! Thank you to all the families that put in a bid.
Numbers Everywhere...
Today during maths time James has been working with numbers to ten. Look at the great sequencing he has done at choosing time...WOW.
